KIP GILLELAND
With over 25 years of residential real estate asset management and the company's founder, Kip brings a wealth of experience to all projects he is involved with. During his career, he held corporate positions, including Regional VP, Division President, and Vice President of Land for some of the largest public and privately held real estate development firms and home builders. In these roles, Kip directly managed P&L and asset management of projects exceeding $500MM.
Today, Kip focuses on business operations while managing all aspects of current and future projects. His ability to collaborate with clients, governing agencies, contractors, and consultants ensures the success of each project. This hands-on approach, combined with industry-driven experience, provides our clients with the highest level of service.

With a background in real estate finance and the mortgage industry, Brett has consistently performed within the top 1% percentile of a publicly-traded company and revenue generation.
As a United States Marine Corps veteran, Brett offers strong critical thinking abilities, process and result orientation, and an aptitude for effective planning and collaboration.
